Zara Consult Ltd. is implementing the project “Promoting the Development of New Skills in Zara Consult Ltd.”, financed under the Human Resources Development Programme 2021–2027, procedure BG05SFPR002-1.019 “New Skills”.

The project is aimed at enhancing the knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications of the company’s employees in response to the evolving requirements and the need for new competencies in the field of accounting. Through the planned training activities, employees will acquire competencies that will support their adaptation to modern workplace requirements, increase productivity, and contribute to sustainable employment and quality of work.

Within the framework of the project, the following trainings will be conducted for a total of 53 employees:

Specialized trainings relevant to job roles:

• Cybersecurity and protection of information assets
• Application of artificial intelligence in the activities of Zara Consult
• Preparation of financial analyses for management and decision-making purposes
• EU and Bulgarian legislation on the protection of whistleblowers
• Advanced training in detecting suspicious financial transactions

Soft skills training under Key Competence 5:

• Teamwork skills: effective communication, collaboration, conflict resolution, and trust-building
• Leadership skills, motivation, and employee engagement

The implementation of the project will contribute to:

• improving employees’ competencies in cybersecurity and the protection of sensitive data
• expanding knowledge on the application of artificial intelligence in accounting practice
• enhancing skills for identifying suspicious financial transactions and applying regulatory requirements
• developing personal, social, and leadership competencies
• supporting the digital and green transition through the digitalization of work processes and reduction of paper-based documentation

Grant funding: EUR 58,944.54, of which:

• EUR 41,261.18 co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+)
• EUR 17,683.36 national co-financing

The project contributes to the sustainable development of human capital in Zara Consult Ltd. by building a more competent, adaptable, and efficient team capable of meeting the challenges of digital transformation and the modern business environment.
